Happy New Year

Can you believe it is already 2006? The time sure seems to fly by doesn't it?
As I reflect on the past year and look forward to 2006, I have to take time to thank God for all the blessings he has bestowed on my life. I have a wonderful wife, and a loving family. He has given me a wonderful church family and an awesome job. My family has faced some hard times with the passing of my grandmother in June. It sure is comforting to know that the last time she fell here on earth, she landed in the sweet and loving arms of her Heavenly Father. Do you know Him? Praise God in the good times and the bad. He is so wonderful. Every time we face trials and when times seem almost unbearable, just look to him and he will give you the strength you need to persevere. As you begin another year, remember to keep your eyes looking toward Heaven and thank God for every day he gives you. Every day is truly a gift from God. Take time this year to really get to know him. You will never regret it.
